Parts and enquiries
- How do I find the right spare part for my construction machine?
- The quickest way is via the machine's manufacturer and model or the part number on the old part. If you have neither, a photo of the type plate is enough. We check the fit before we send you a quote.
- What information do you need for an enquiry?
- The manufacturer, model and, if possible, serial number of the machine, plus the part you are looking for. A part number or photos of the part and the type plate make identification clear.
- What does an enquiry cost?
- Nothing. Enquiries are free and without obligation. You receive a quote with price and delivery time and then decide.
- Why are there no prices in the catalogue?
- A single machine model often has several versions of a part. We first clarify which version is fitted and then give you the price and delivery time. This avoids wrong orders for parts that can easily cost several thousand euros.
- My part is not in the catalogue. Can you still source it?
- Send us an enquiry. The catalogue lists 3,707 parts, and through our international supplier network we also source parts that are not listed there.
- Are the parts new or used?
- We supply new parts.
Delivery and collection
- Do you have all spare parts in stock?
- That depends on the part: some parts we keep in stock, others we source through our supplier network. We tell you with the quote whether a part is in stock.
- How long is the delivery time?
- We state the delivery time bindingly in the quote. It depends on whether the part is in stock or has to be sourced.
- Do you deliver outside Germany?
- Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. The shipping method and delivery time are stated in the quote.
- Can I collect parts in Nuremberg?
- Yes. By arrangement, you can collect ordered parts from us at Hohenbuckstraße 3, 90425 Nürnberg.
Purchasing and contact
- Do you sell to private individuals?
- No. We sell exclusively to business customers, for example construction companies, rental firms, workshops and dealers, as well as to public sector clients.
- What warranty do you offer?
- Our parts come with a 1 year warranty. The details are set out in our terms and conditions.
