The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.
Some of your data is collected because you provide it to us, for example in the enquiry form. Other data is recorded automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (for example internet browser, operating system or time of the page request). It is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. No analytics service is integrated on this website.

3. Your rights
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to rectification, restriction of processing or erasure of this data. Right to data portability: You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done where technically feasible.
Withdrawal of your consent: You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. An informal message to us by email is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO)), you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Right to lodge a complaint: In the event of data protection breaches, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. 4. SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to us, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar begins with "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. Please note that data transmission over the internet (for example when communicating by email) can have security gaps.
5. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Images on the website and photos that you upload with an enquiry are stored by Vercel in its storage service (Vercel Blob). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
The host automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO). We have a legitimate interest in providing the website in a technically error-free, secure and fast manner.
6. Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This shows us how visitors use our site (for example pages viewed, time spent, source of the visit, clicks on phone, email or WhatsApp) and whether an enquiry was sent after clicking on one of our ads. For this purpose, Google sets cookies (for example _ga, _gcl_au) and processes your shortened IP address and device and browser information. We do not transmit the content of your enquiry (name, email, phone number, message) to Google.
Google may also process data on servers in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. The data is deleted after 14 months. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can prevent this data collection by blocking third-party cookies in your browser or by installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
So that the WhatsApp notice only appears once per visit, we also store a note in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage), which is deleted when you close the browser. This is technically necessary (§ 25(2) TDDDG) and contains no information about you personally.
7. Enquiry form
If you send us an enquiry using the enquiry form, we process the information you provide (for example name, company, email address, phone number, machine, part, message and uploaded photos) in order to handle your enquiry and send you a quote. Your enquiry is sent to us by email, and you receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. We send the emails via the mail server of our email provider ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Photos are stored with Vercel Blob (see section 5).
To ensure that no enquiry is lost, we also add it as a row in an internal spreadsheet (Google Sheets of Google Ireland Limited). It is transferred there via the automation service Make of Celonis SE, Theresienstraße 6, 80333 Munich, Germany. We have concluded data processing agreements with both providers.
To protect against automated spam enquiries, the form contains a field that is invisible to humans and measures how long it takes to fill in. No cookies are set for this purpose.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (DSGVO) (enquiry prior to conclusion of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO) (our legitimate interest in reliable processing). The data remains with us until the purpose no longer applies (for example once your enquiry has been fully processed) or you request its erasure. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
8. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact us by email, phone or fax, we process your information in order to deal with your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (DSGVO)). The data remains with us until the purpose no longer applies. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
The WhatsApp buttons are simple links. Only when you click on them does WhatsApp open, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Processing within WhatsApp is subject to its privacy policy. Whether you write to us via WhatsApp is your own decision.
9. Maps and external links
No map is embedded on this website. The link to our location only opens Google Maps when you click on it. Processing there is subject to the privacy policy of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
10. Fonts
The fonts on this website are embedded locally. When the page is accessed, no connection is established to servers of Google or other font providers.
11. Objection to advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of contact details published as part of the legal notice obligation for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. The operators of this site expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example by spam emails.
